MISATU Two Stage Stainless Steel Regulator:
Stainless Steel Two Stage Regulators are recommended for high purity, corrosion resistant/toxic gas applications where constant, precise delivery pressures to systems are required. The materials of construction will not contaminate the gas stream, and the regulators are highly resistant to inboard diffusion of atmospheric contaminants. These regulators are highly recommended for laboratory and processing facilities involving carrier gases, doping mixtures and instrument calibration, and in critical production applications such as semiconductor manufacture.
